After spending years in mortgage production, Derek intentionally stepped out of origination to focus on what he does best — creating modern tools and marketing strategies that help loan officers better serve clients and win in today’s market.At My Style Mortgage, Derek works behind the scenes on forward-thinking technology, automation, and marketing initiatives designed to simplify the process for both clients and loan officers. His focus is on building scalable systems that support the team and position the company for long-term success.Outside of work, Derek enjoys spending time with his wife, Cody, and their four children. As a family, they love being outdoors — especially hunting, fishing, and exploring everything Idaho has to offer.
